Before I introduce them, <b> <\/b>let me briefly tell you my story and how I got here.<\/p>\n<p>Already in elementary school I loved the subject of Physical Education, for me it was the best time of the day. Thanks to certain genetic characteristics, innate abilities and physical capacities that I developed during my childhood and youth, I began to believe that I was destined to dedicate myself to something related to sports or exercise. <\/p>\n<p>Over the years, my professional relationship with training and education began when I obtained the title of Superior Technician of Animation and Physical-Sports Activities. Afterwards, I graduated in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences and was lucky enough to study and work for a year in Belfast, Northern Ireland, at the University of Ulster. <\/p>\n<p>Back in Spain, I completed a Master&#8217;s Degree in Teaching with the aim of being able to transmit my vision and experience in training to future colleagues. Of course, during all these years I have continually updated my training by completing a multitude of complementary certifications and working as a teacher in higher centers of sports education, as well as training in person in exclusive centers in Madrid and at home. <\/p>\n<p>In these almost 20 years of profession I have been able to surround myself with excellent professionals, sharing invaluable experiences. All this has helped me to become the coach I am today. At the same time, the experience with the people I have worked with and continue to work with goes beyond physical preparation.
