  • Presentation and analysis of the context (injuries and/or illnesses, short, medium and long term objectives, preferences, difficulties, aids, space, equipment, etc.).
  • Assignment of a professional according to your needs.

Face-to-face training sessions

  • 1st or 2nd session: evaluation of your physical condition and body composition (if required).
  • Development of the training by controlling and dosing all variables.
  • Assisted stretching (if required).
  • Equipment or material needed for the sessions.

3. Training planning via email, instant messaging and/or online platform.

  • Personalized program design during 2 weeks.

4. Follow-up, motivation and recording of progress

  • Feedback and adjustments to optimize your training plan according to your needs.
  • Evaluation during face-to-face sessions.

ONLINE TRAINING CONSULTING

150 €/MONTH

  • Periodic evaluations (questionnaires, diaries, videos, photos, training app, instant messaging or online training platform).

FAQS

We do not like to classify the results as unique or independent, since in most cases they happen in parallel and depend on many individual factors, but if we speak in a general way, we can achieve:

That’s right. In fact, if you train in person, we will design your plan for two weeks. In the in-person session, we will be able to better adjust the technique, dose the load of the exercises and check the sensations or perception of effort for when you work on your own.

Usually it is not necessary to have a lot of space or material to be able to carry out quality training. We bring everything you need depending on your needs, even so, we always carry out a prior assessment, as a specific objective may require special needs.

That said, and with you in mind, the more equipment the better. Whether it’s in your private gym, in the gym on your estate, in your living room or outdoors.

The ideal is to carry out personalised work to achieve the maximum benefit, but we understand all circumstances and we know that accompanied training also has many positive aspects.
